Decent stay, some issues noticed
spacious room elegant decor helpful staff small territory distant shop poor entertainment
The room was spacious. It was elegant. The terraces near the bar were lovely. They included cosy armchairs. The staff were helpful. They provided efficient service.
The resort territory felt small. The nearest shop was far. It was about 20 km away. Water was served only in cups. I had to buy bottled water. The evening entertainment was poor.

Wonderful Resort Experience
helpful staff varied food heated pools
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant provided fresh and varied food choices. I found the beach perfect and all the swimming pools heated, a surprising and welcome feature. The resort maintained cleanliness to a high standard.
I found the evening entertainment quite poor at times. Waitresses seemed slow to take orders, and sometimes it took a while to get service. (This was a bit disappointing.). I hope they can improve this aspect .

The employees showed great care, seemingly eager to help with any requests. Professional management was evident throughout the hotel. Their attentiveness really stood out and enhanced my stay.

My room was spacious and cleaned daily. The fridge had snacks and drinks, replenished daily. It was a great convenience to have these items available and regularly restocked.

high prices slow service
the hotel location is remote. i needed basic medicine, but the hotel shop charged fifteen dollars for nasal spray. it usually costs one dollar. the evening entertainment lacked appeal. waitresses seemed slow to take orders, so i often waited a long time. overall, it was a underwhelming experience.

the food had many options and tasted delicious.
The evening entertainment felt weak (i really expected more). waitresses seemed disinterested. I waited almost half an hour before someone took my order unless i waved them down. also, many sunbeds near the pool lacked umbrellas.

bad smell old sweat
the food was good at maya restaurant.
our room smelled bad so my son could not sleep there, we told the hotel after the first night. they tried to do many things but the bad smell was not leaving. it was like old sweat and garlic.

This hotel boasts an very nice layout, with thoughtful design and numerous excellent spaces for relaxation. The pools are fantastic, the beach is beautiful, and there are comfortable chairs and sunbathing sofas EVERYWHERE. The restaurants are AMAZING. The buffet surpasses typical hotel offerings with extensive choices and HIGH quality. The staff makes the experience Really good, as they seem genuinely happy and relaxed,. I really feel that the hotel appreciates its staff, and in return, the staff provides really good service to the guests.
The hotel is located in a remote area, far from shops. I couldn't buy necessities nearby.
